Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the HRC Men's Study app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use of the Service

The Service is provided for the purpose of facilitating Bible study and community among men's groups. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Content and Intellectual Property

The Service includes Bible text content provided by API.Bible. Bible text is subject to copyright and licensing restrictions. You agree to use Bible text content in accordance with applicable copyright laws and licensing terms.

You retain ownership of any content you create or post through the Service (such as notes, highlights, and discussion comments). By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

Group Participation

The Service allows you to join and participate in Bible study groups. Group leaders have the authority to manage group membership and discussions. We reserve the right to remove users from groups or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIGHRIDGE CHURCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
